When I try to update some makes it asks me to update the app, but there is no update

I have lexus ls460 and when i tried to diagnose my car the apps keeping crashes

This app and solution works great when it actually works; right now after the latest updates the ‘new version’ stopped working completely and only the old version works. FIX IT GUYS; they never respond to emails and complaints and that is a SHAME for such a nice solution.

I bought easydiag connector about 3 years ago and to say I’ve not been able to use more than I have is an understatement. Every time I plug this thing in there is a different issue. Every time they update the app there is a new issue. I’ve been able to work around them until now,connector is now a desk ornament. Never again will I buy a launch product

Had the old Easydiag with purchased BT dongle and GM software about 7 years. Used to transfer fine to each iphone until the XR I have now. Updated everything it asked and now the app will not connect to car. Only choice left is buying yet again a GM software package. I also read that I’m not the only one, buyer beware buying sketchy ghostware.

Bought it to scan for Porsche check engine lights and real time monitoring - doesn’t work. When I press the icons they get lighter but no other reaction - the functionality itself doesn’t come up no matter how long you wait. Will be returning the obdii device

Quite simply it doesn’t work. The old version I used would but I’ve been going back and forth with their tech support for two days and it still will not work, and they’ve stopped returning e mails. I’ve spend $60 on software (not including the device). Don’t be a sucker, stay away!

If I could rate it at 0 star I would feel better. Just bought two software now the ezdiag new version isn’t loading and there’s no support no one to ask for help. Waste of time and money 😡

I bought the 50$ Bluetooth one plug in and I’ve bought Toyota and Honda software and they have been working great. The biggest reason I got this was to program keys on the side to help people out at a cheaper price and it has worked just fine for me! Love this setup!
