eZhire Car Rental | No Deposit

Rented a car at Mall of the Emirates location for self-pickup. Have been waiting for an hour. Another person is sitting here who has been waiting for 2 hours. The reason for that: they don’t have the cars at the location and there is traffic to bring them. The solution: just don’t rent the cars you don’t have at the location or bring them beforehand. There are a lot of maps applications that show traffic jams, so you could plan accordingly. Use them! Don’t be ridiculous!

Well, app named ‘no deposit’, but it’s not true. They take deposit and hold it for a long period - more than 20 days. Also they collect cars not in scheduled time (3 hours delay!)

Hello there. Overall idea is great, but customer support is bad. Probably I have the bad operator, because before everything was ok. My booking number is 141180 So the problem is next: I was waiting for collection of car at 17:30 I have business meeting at 17:45 So I wait for collector for 5 minutes, then call customer support centre, and tell that I’m late for meeting and ask collector to call me. They tell to wait just 2-5 minutes Then after 10 more minutes, when nobody call me, I start going to my meeting, and call to EZHIRE support I tell the problem and guy in support tell me to leave key at car or at the reception, but I already was away from this place. So I ask him to tell collector to wait me approx 30-60 depends on my meeting duration This man from support tells me that if collector come at anytime and I will be not available on place, he will put 1 day extra rent for me. So because of mistake of your company collector, then operator, next operator push me, that I should pay 1 more day anyway, because I can’t be on place at arrival time of your collector. Hate this guy, he broke my day, and I angry and feel pain inside me because of his words. He is not right, he don’t care about your customer. I never keep this kind of person in my company. They will broke your business. Guy

Steal money when you want to return car. You mentioned time and location, they don’t check this info and take money for extra day. Don’t use this company.

Charged me the full amount and then canceled the booking due to a missing document. I’ve been waiting for a refund for a few days with no comments from their side

This service is scam. They’re will charge you extra. Every crack will cost you minimum 5 times more than it cost. Regular service for car is not provided- they’ll charge you extra after car return. And, about your money safety. Attention! Not link your payment cards to your eZhire account! Even if card is unlinked- they will draw your money! I’ll claim to police on them. They’re charged my last money from the card.

Very good service since i used pick and drop. Cars are well mentioned and clean and i highly recommend it to all my friends. Keep it up.

I made a big mistake by choosing they gave me another car instead of the one I booked. did not give me all the information in advance. After handing over the car, they took money from my card without my permission for things that were not told to me. even after withdrawing money without notice from my credit card. they are writing asking me to pay again. I didn't know if this company is a place where stupit employees work, I couldn't understand👎🏻
