An amazing solution in health care.

Great app but I strongly feel patients should be able to choose the gender of the doctors attending to them, this will make them more comfortable and they should also be able to end a session instead of waiting for the doctors to end the session on their end. While using the app, I selected a specialist doctor but got a different doctor to attend to me, I’m guessing he was the only available attendant. Also, please implore your medical practitioners to be set up in an accommodating environment before attending to patients via video calls.

The doctors are experienced and it’s less stressful, you could do your consultation on video if physical consultation isn’t necessary. The doctors are patient and understanding. I couldn’t have asked for better. Service is top-notch.

The fact that I can get access to a number of healthcare professionals is it for me. Also the geo location that makes sure that during urgent care it’s the doctor closest to you that you can see is really important. Well done
