Been a great game for the last 4 years but taking money for pit passes that we have to chase up ourselves for refunds is a bit rough. The game has also started crashing in race

THIS APP STEALS MONEY!
This app steals money! Went to get the $1.99 purchase from the lobby, but it never loaded, it said I was “all set” but never left the loading screen part, so I reloaded the app and tried again. Nothing again! I tried the next day, and it still wasn’t there. So I assumed it didn’t go through, the money hadn't left my account yet so I assumed maybe it just didn’t work, so I tried a couple more times and it didn’t work. Then a few more time. Then a few days later all the attempts I had made came out all at once, and I still didn’t get what I paid for. Just be aware, if you even attempt to buy you will be charged even if you don’t get what you paid for

It was fun. Until…
I was really enjoying this game at the start. It was fun to play a few races, get some crates, and then wait for them to open. I enjoyed playing around with my driver line up, car set up and trying to optimise the pit stop opportunities etc. However, the match making in this game has been truly awful recently. I am frequently up against opponents with rating of 50-80 points higher than mine, and it really shows. Doesn’t matter what I do I lose. This means that I bleed coins quite significantly, making it very difficult to progress through the game. It’s gotten to the point where I don’t have the money to upgrade my cars and am required to watch ads just to get coins. They keep showing me ‘offers’ to buy coins, but they never really seem worth it anyway. Overall, if the matchmaking is fixed I’d give this game 4 stars, but alas, it’ll be a 1 star review for the foreseeable future…
