I’ve used the app for 2 months and it’s been a decent experience. I mainly follow Yves and I love how interactive she is. I like the point system because it incentives the members to post. Plus, it’s good knowing that I’m supporting the members with money (in a way)! I wish Fab held events like online fan signs or winning autographs. I think Fab is best for those who can afford points and understand Korean. The members sometimes post when I’m asleep or at work so timezone is a consideration too. I took out a star because the app could be more responsive and less laggy. The Android app is a smoother experience. As a developer myself, there are performance and UX issues that should be addressed with the highest priority, especially since this is a paid service. I also wish members could send image and voice comments. Otherwise Fab is a decent way to connect with Loona!
