I so far appreciate the customer service, but I honestly thought the products would be better quality products. Idk, think I won’t do it again.

I was out of town for quite some time and my Fff package was stolen. I mostly blame fedex for this as they did not utilize the locker system our apt complex has. I initiated a chat with Fff nearly two weeks after the initial delivery of the package explaining what happened and they not only replaced my box but gave me new options as the ones I originally chose were no longer available. They did not have to go out of their way as a stolen package is not their problem but their quick attentiveness and willingness to remedy the situation has me, as a person with a background in customer service, above and beyond satisfied and loyal. 10/10 will be upgrading and recommending. 🩷💜

This is my 3rd time in 3 years that I never received an email telling me when my window was open to pick what products I wanted with my subscription. I ended up with items I didn’t pick and didn’t want. I loved most things that I have picked. But, it is no longer worth it to me to randomly not get a notice saying my window to order the new season items is open. Therefore, when my 2025 summer renewal comes due I won’t be renewing my subscription . I also will no longer encourage anyone to support your business. Elaine

I really don’t understand why my last two boxes from my subscription never came. I told support and all they said was sorry & never hear from fun, fit & fun again. I had been annual member for years. Ann Sousa Peabody, MA

It takes a LONG time to eventually arrive, but if you have extra spending money for yourself and you’re not attached to the exact products or when you get it, it’s actually very fun when it finally arrives and it’s like a random present to lift up your day. And if you look up the products to buy separately, it really is a great value.

The products aren’t the quality you would expect. Some of them are decent, but I definitely don’t think over all the subscription is worth it. Heaven forbid if you need to contact customer service. They are useless. They say they want to help you but they don’t. Missing items don’t matter to them, they give you the run around and pass you off to the next person. Definitely the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. I should have listened to my friend who canceled her membership, but I guess I had to find out for myself.

I am a new user and I’ve found the app very confusing and busy. I just want to see what I can order for my box, be able to make changes and see when it will ship. But they have articles and other shopping and a forum?? I went to the shop section and there is an ad at the top to use and open the app, WITHIN THE APP. Seemed very stupid. I haven’t received my first box yet, but so far I’m disappointed with the app and communication and process.

I received a lot of hair products even though i put love makeup and skincare. I put love purses and I received a yoga bag that is nothing like a purse. Oh I also put love earrings and zippo. I code fewer higher priced items and that was not the result. I have an annual membership. Doesn’t someone review preferences or just throw in available items? Is there some kind of preferred list where people actually their preferences I was talking to my son about signing up for his wife but rethinking it now. I expected better.
