Poor customer support
Online customer support is poor . Hotels are decent
Scam hotels
Never pay them in advance. Biggest cheaters in hotel industry. Pure scam hotels. Stay alert, I repeat never pay in advance
Only bad hotels available here
I have never had a good experience from any of the fab hotels. They do not even go on site and review the images of hotels showed in the apps are real or fake. I have book quite a number of hotels from fab by now out of which all my experiences were the same bad ones. Their hotels even look similar across india. I think this app should just stop selling hotel rooms because i have literally paid 3k for a room with sticky floor and cockroaches moving all around with no geezer. Fab hotel do us a favour and please stop and take your app down from app store

This ‘FabHotels’ is running scams, they showing something good one but provided worst . Never use this application, don’t ruined your vacation.
Worst company for handling customer complain
I have been chasing the fabhotel manager name Sanjeev who handles Vrindavan region on refund but they have not been responding or picking up calls.
Worst hotel providers
I booked hotel, on reaching the hotel the staff said it was over booked. Go somewhere else. And hotel they provided was cheaper then the amount i paid what is this do you see us fools or what

Fab hotel is a scam. Do not trust this at all
They do fraud bussiness
Never book any fab hotel reservation . Even if you cancel your reservation they would never process a refund even after repeated follow ups .
