Order not being updated. I don’t know when I’ll get my clothes back. It’s been 4 days.

Fabrico is a 3rd class laundry service provider, with clothes delivered 5 days after promised date. When asked for delayed delivery Manager asked us to pay for rapido to deliver our clothes. Post continuous asking they delivered wrong clothes first time, and have to waste precious weekend time on follow ups. They wrongly tagged more items in our list so that they can charge inr 200 extra. They acknowledged of billing extra but yet to receive money back.

Fabrico Laundry Expert truly lives up to its name! Fabrico service is impeccable, from the ease of scheduling a pick-up to the timely delivery of perfectly cleaned clothes. Customer care member behaviour is very nice. The attention to detail in both laundry and dry cleaning is impressive—everything comes back looking and feeling brand new. The staff is courteous and professional, and their commitment to quality is evident. It’s rare to find such a dependable and awesome laundry service. Highly recommended for anyone looking for top care for their garments!

I have given my shirt to dry clean not to make it dirty.

Pick up schedule wasn’t adhered as guy believed he must call before he should come. Pick up was with a promise of 72 hours but all lies. You don’t even know the status and there’s no way you can contact them. Totally unfriendly services. Pathetic

For the first time I tried their service and it’s worst. Clothes given for press delivered with wash and fold and clothes given for wash and iron was delivered with iron. Recommending not to trust on their services. Pick up and delivery time line is more than 3 days. Tried to reach their customer services but no response. Don’t rely on them

I gave expensive clothes, 20 pc, for dry cleaning to Fabrico. When i received the clothes all were shrunk and clothes fabric altered probably due to harsh chemicals used in the cleaning process. They don’t even bother to take call and compensate for the damages. Their customer care is pathetic and painful. They are just taking call and asking for concern and after long listening disconnect the call, do not update or call back to resolve the issue. This is not only distressing but also reflects poorly on the reputation of Fabrico. Please avoid using there services. Thanks Rajender Singh Rathore
