My app is crashing since yesterday, I am unable to track my ongoing order

1. Delivery person never reaches on time, literally have to spend entire day waiting for him, spoiling the entire day, cherry on top the order is rescheduled by back end. 2. No contact of pickup/ delivery person is shared for ease of tracking. 3. Booked order online, Customer Executive seems to be always in rush, giving you false impression that customer is priority. 4. Executives updating incorrect address which doesn’t even exist. 5. Highly frustrating pickup and drop service. To transparency, lack of coordination, zero accountability.

Although the quality of washing and dry cleaning is very good, they do not have ample delivery boys to deliver on time. There is unprecedented delay in delivery even though you pay them on time. Poor delivery has caused me to almost miss my flight once.

They do not have skill of dry cleaning it seems they do washing and not dry cleaning. They also spoil clothes by putting chemicals wrongly. They will not sustain for long and will close their business if it runs like this.

I had given single size quilt for wash that was 4*7 ft and same was been charged for double. Customer service and franchisee don’t have any coordination and franchise cancels discount and creates new order which customer don’t have visibility into. Never avail services from such apps better go with local service providers to have peace of mind and better customer experience

Pure waste of money Do not go for it

Typical sarkari kind of service. Scheduled pickup delayed by one day and delivery is also delayed. For dry cleaning a blazer, they need more than 7 days. I regret using Fabricspa.

Fabric spa regular dry clean service is too costly. Also they take too much time in delivery. There is no direct number to talk to customer services. Despite repeated calls at the toll free number, there is no response from their side and the delivery takes approximately 10-12 days. This time it happened that the kurta which I gave for dry cleaning doesn’t seem to be dey washed. It’s looking shabby and shrinked. The major con of their service is that they don’t have any customer care number which actually attends consumer grievances. Only they provide a toll free number with pre recorded audio.

The pickup agents lie and give incorrect reasons for cancelling the pickup. The delivery agent refused to come to my location for the scheduled pick-up and stated that I had requested for the pickup to be cancelled. Also user cannot cancel a unused address from the application.
