No autorice el pago y lo hicieron
Me engancharon con una prueba y no preguntaron, Sólo cobraron a mi tarjeta su suscripción, no reconozco el pago, y espero hacer lo posible por cancelarlos, no por la mala aplicación, sino el doló con el que actuaron !
No contestan
El soporte técnico es muy malo, apenas encontrar el soporte es una búsqueda por internet y sus paginas. Y una vez tienes su contacto, simplemente no contestan.
Cobro indebido tras activar prueba gratuita
Descargué esta aplicación porque ofrecía una “prueba gratuita de 3 días”, pero tras activar la opción, se me cobró de inmediato $1,000 por una suscripción anual, lo cual no autoricé. La pantalla decía “prueba gratuita”, y no me informaron de ningún cargo previo. He intentado contactar al soporte varias veces desde el sábado sin obtener respuesta. Este tipo de prácticas son muy engañosas y me siento estafado. No recomiendo esta app.
