Почему-то нет звука на мониторе айфон по которому смотрю, и нет кнопки включения выключения звука, а вот если скачать кусочек видео то будет звук, помогите это исправить

Зависла начальная заставка на айфоне, дальше ничего не грузит.
Как отменить подписку ?
Попробовала использовать с пробным периодом в июле ещё в течение одного дня, потом удалила приложения, от продления отказалась. Так приложение до сих пор пытается снять с меня деньги. Как это отменить ? Само приложение в целом работает, иногда что-то зависает, или связь отключается, но ненадолго.
