FACTS Family App

As a student, this is by far the worst app I’ve ever used for grades… instead of fixing the app it should be altogether removed. It would be easier- and better.

You all really need to modernize your login experience. You prompt for passwords way too often. Every time the app updates (which is also too often considering there are never important improvements) it logs users out and again requires a PW. You also need to allow facial recognition login. Please improve the login experience!

Our school unfortunately uses this app. You can never access the app on your iPhone. It sends you back to the log-in screen. It is not user friendly.

They already go to private school. Must the app be a paid subscription as well?

The app logs me and my family out many times and the app has a lot of errors.

I get logged out every other day and there’s no password autofill

It won’t even let me log in I’ve been spending sooooo much time and it won’t even let me in! DON’T USE!!!

Never remembers password after updates

Absolutley horrible. Disgusting. I don’t even have words to describe how bad this is. There are so many errors and bugs in this app to the point where it’s impossible to ignore. Specifically, the one where it keeps logging you out. As a teacher and parent myself, I have used this app several times. My kids grades have been dropping because homework assigned here was not shown. For the love of God, please do not use this app.
