Keep declining card
They keep declining my card and it’s hard to reach a person and there’s no way to approve the transaction when you need to make the purchase.

Transfer money to any email address or phone number with Popmoney!
All FAIRWINDS Mobile apps are a free service for FAIRWINDS Credit Union account holders.

Card Services
I called card services to order a new card because my previous card was closed out due to fraud and I was told to call back later if my card was not lost or stolen.
Best bank ever
Been a loyal customer since 1988 no issues best service. Wouldn’t bank anywhere else.
FAIRWINDS Mobile Banking Widgets No Longer Available
After I installed the iOS 18 update on my iPhone 11, I discovered that my FAIRWINDS Mobile Banking widgets were no longer available. They were automatically removed, and I can't find a way to add them back. This is very inconvenient, as I often relied on these widgets as shortcuts to manage my banking and check my balances.
App Is Not Functional
The app is always having issues regarding displaying my account information and reads an error message. The message only states that is can not display my account information.
Why it’s a one star
It gave me -1700$ for no reason
No issues since the late 1900’s.
My wife and I got a joint account in 1994. We have kept it since then. AND, we still do!
The Best
FAIRWINDS IS AND HAS BEEN MY CREDIT UNION FOR 30 YEARS AND will be until I die.
