This app is like heaven you know why ‘cause we are talking to bts lol

It's really annoying!! Why does the chat reset every time I close the app for a second?! And why does it put a picture for a random stranger and the BT21 names!? is it hard to write their names and put their picture??!! and when I watched the video to chat with one of the members the chat closed and I couldn’t open it again??! Pls fix this!!!
