We have applied for emergency for leak of water, lose sink with smell, and they send for maintenance to get quote after it is more than 25 days now nothing, no maintenance, no body arrive just asking for rent payment , when you want to get paid also give service for what it is paid to you. This app is useless try to find contact number and communicate with them directly

I’ve logged in a request over 60days for a leak and after 100’s of calls and daily follow ups, I still have a leak that was marked as ‘high’ priority. Why have an app developed to log in a request and then not do anything about it- defeats the purpose.
