I was already nearing my minimum withdrawal amount with 28,000 fanc points, then yesterday I opened the app but I was logged out. I tried logging in but sign in failed appeared and it showed user is not registered. I wrote on their support e-mail but got no reply. I am still waiting for a reply until monday but this is disappointing af.

After waiting for a month for my fanc points to be convert to fanc token. After checking today, my fanc wallet account was deleted! Can't find any email why it was delete. I already contacted there support and hope they fix them soon.

Why cant I login anymore, it says "We cant find a user with that email address". I am using the correct email and I have proof from the time i created and linked with my email address. But when I try to register, it says user already exist. Cant help bit think that its preventing me from cashing out 😅

I can’t sign in because it says unregistered email but when i create a new its tells me it’s already registered please fix this!

Why my celeb points in fanc wallet is not updated? I have 4k + in celeb points but the points in fanc wallet is till 1.6k + only.

May I think this is scam for watching reels and earned points need to download another apps for the points and ending nothing. This is their tactics to earned for theirselves not for the people to earn maybe. Just a waste of time! Better to remove this!

Where is the profile in the app i could not figure out where is the button of it

You should update the version your application more often. I've been trying to log in on this app for like 2 days now, but there's nothing showing up on my screen. I can't access my earnings. I tried the troubleshooting and all but nothing change. You deserve 0(zero) star!!!
