Ordered a mystery sweatpants order and it was amazing, quality was great, and everything was fine. But when I received my kooleen merch t shirt it had a very pungent order to it that took three washes to get rid of. Don’t know if it was a one time thing or something, but I was pretty disappointed when I got her merch :(

I messed up the size of my pants and with in the hour they responded and fixed my mistake. This is my second time ordering but for sure not my last.
Said 5-7 says to ship. It’s been 2 months and I still haven’t received my package. It was 1 item. After a few weeks, I contacted customer service and they said to expect another week or so - totally fine. But now it’s been 2 months…… :(
The mystery shirts are good quality, but be prepared to get 4 of the exact same shirt, I did! And customer service will only offer a 25% off code, not any kind of resolution. I have the rest of the shirts away and won’t be ordering again!
If heard about Fanjoy a lot, I was thinking I could try it out, not ONE REGRET! Their customer service is like chick-fill-a, and they are always polite. ❤️ Imma use Fanjoy till I’m like 100
Im a big fan of rotten mango, so I placed an ordered 20 days ago and still no update on what’s going on with my order. I assumed that the postal service is running behind due to low staff. But it’s not the postal service it’s the company itself. The app does not even have the tracking number you have to contact the company directly, which is ridiculous!!!! I will never order from this company again!!!! Worst customer service!!!
I never got the merch I payed for I’m not buying from them again if you had the same problem let me know cause they took my money
Honestly this is an amazing app for mercy from the people you love, but it’s a bit expensive and there is no coupon stacking even with coupons there are only up to probably $10 off
Ok so I LOVE this app it’s easy to manage and most of my favorite tiktokers/YouTubers have merch on here,But the only thing is I can’t see every1s new merch,for exsample I can’t see Avanis label collection or her devil one,so Fanjoy if you see this pls fix that!
