Can’t connect it to the app .

App will not scan QR codes for sharing device setup with other members of the house. It keeps requesting camera permission and when prompted to click the settings to allow it does nothing and the pop up box just disappears without doing anything. If I could give less than a 1 star review, I would.

I tried it and I could connect to every single one pretty easily I just turn on the light switch and connected just like that very simple to use

Live the fan but the app will not pair

I kept trying to turn the fan off via the remote, then connect it to the app. Alas, that didn’t work. HOWEVER, you have to turn off the fan through the circuit breaker, then click the pair button through the app within the first 5 seconds of turning it back on. Which is a two person job… wish the app was clear on this, but it works! Yay!!!

I can say this even it doesn’t work on the app but the ceiling fan and lights works great with the remote controller but the app is trash

I have a house full of IoT. This fan won’t pair. Nonsense.

Will not pair with ceiling fan after many attempts. The fan pairs perfectly with remote so Bluetooth is working, but app is not.

Not a good app. I cannot get it to pair with my light. Talks about a code. I have no code.
