Farm Your Yard: Gardening App

As of January 1, 2025, the app keeps closing every time I try to add a plant to my task list. It has good information and I look forward to being able to use it when this problem is fixed

I’m a beginner in the world of gardening. I have read everything I can get my hands on, but it is all a little overwhelming. I was looking for a gardening calendar, but found so much more. The more I look into this app, the more I find. I do have a greenhouse to help in extending the growing season during the cooler months in order to avoid our blustering summers. I would like to see some greenhouse guidance added. It maybe already be there, but I haven’t found it yet. I’ve been seeing a lot of gardening hacks that support more organic gardening such as the use of coffee grounds and epson salts to name a few. A section on hacks might be nice. This would then put everything in one place. I’ve already started tomatoes and will need to transplant soon. I did learn the proper way to do so which I haven’t seen anywhere else. I’m in love. Keep up the amazing work. Right now this is totally free with no hidden surprises which is so rare in the app world. I realize developing something like this takes time and money and sometimes donations are just enough. In just ask that you don’t eventually price me out of this.

Fun app to keep your garden chores in line

I just got this app a week ago finding garden planning apps. This is a great app for beginners. It gives u lots of information on the plant when and where to plant them if they need support etc. I just wish they had more plant options to choose from. Maybe it’ll happen as the season changes. We shall see but great app so far and they even give u notifications on when to do it with dates. How awesome is that

Have been looking for an app that I can list my seeds and get me more organized. This has been easy to use and customize. Love it.

This takes the guess work out of gardening and makes it fun again. I truly feel empowered thanks to this app.

I love this app and will definitely be using it a lot. My only complaint is that I can’t add my berry shrubs like blueberries.

The only place I can plant is mostly shade. Not being able to narrow down plans by sun make this app not as useful.

I started loading all the plants that I plan to put in my garden but when I got about a dozen put in it started shutting down the app. I opened it back up and tried again with the same results. It looks like it would be a good app- if it stays open.

I think this app has a lot going for it! By far better than the other options.
