Help won't let me buy crystals and the two quests u have won't let me do them because I'm not high enough level

I love this game, I even bought crystals.. twice.. but today I’ve bought 2 cherry trees and I have only one! It shows I bought 2.. but nope..I only have one... where is my tree? Plus, the game logs me out on its own, and is frozen all the time.. please fix this And it’s becoming boring.. how can I finish a quest that requieres level 40 when I’m level 31? Ridiculous.. there is nothing to do

So I read your response to my last review. Considered it and re-downloaded it. Game has run very differently than the first time, but still at level 19 I’m given a task which requires an upgrade of my stove. Ok, go to upgrade the stove and you need items from what looks like a sunken ship. But you can’t get them! No instruction on how to get them! Last time I got to this position it kept asking for impossible tasks to raise the sunken ship! My character keeps running out of energy, so I leave the app and play another game! Kinda defeats the purpose if you’re forcing me to leave the game because it’s too frustrating! You should be trying to keep people engaged! Not pushing them out of the game 🤦‍♀️

It’s rare for me to find a game like this. My #1 peeve is unskippable, unwanted, drawn out tutorials (glaring at you Klondike Adventures). This one has an extremely short one and you’re left to figure out the rest on your own. Fantastic! No, really, couldn’t be happier :-) I also found that you don’t need to be connected to the internet to play. Handy for me. If I had to name one gripe, minor at that, I’d say, the pop up message that declares storage is full is annoying. If I have multiple tasks queued she drops them all when the message pops up. It’d be good if she could remember them and continue on, especially when it’s just cleaning up. Overall, though, I quite like the game. The energy system isn’t as bad as some other games. Get a pet and, unless you’re a neat freak you’ll rarely run out of energy.

I love the game you can even play it off line, but 2 problems, sometimes it closes down while playing why is that, and it won't hook up to Facebook even though you are connected to Facebook. Update: please make the peach tree give peaches more sooner, 3 hrs wait is to long when doing quests for peach juice, please fix that

Was quite enjoying it but when it takes you a week to collect enough wool and finish the task another task the same comes up, that makes the game become boring...don’t feel like playing now.

I purchased $22.95 worth today, DID NOT GET. Tried to Email. Came back wrong address, tried contact, came back by post master. Give me my products or give me a REFUND NOW.....

The game is good, but I just deleted the app as it was starting to get boring as things are way too expensive and it takes too long to build up your money to purchase items in the store, which means you can’t complete quests until you have earned enough.

All has been going well, having fun, it’s a nice game but all tasks have run out except one. It is asking for a fire pit which I have and the game won’t recognise that I have it as I bought it before the task said to and now the game says I can’t have fire pit until level 21 and I’m only on level 11. What’s up with that
