While this app is good at tracking calories, your fasting, meals, ect….. it also sends what is supposed to “encouraging” messages like “those in indulge, bulge” and to me that is so cruel. As someone on a weight loss journey who has an unhealthy relationship with food and is actively working to fix it, it’s terrible.

I love this app but I’m not sure how to track my food. Every time I scan the product it doesn’t allow me to add it. I’m not sure if I’m doing something wrong! Other than that it’s great.

This APP is great, it makes weight loss easy to do and helps me keep track of when I’m fasting and how much water I’m drinking. It’s simplicity makes it the best app. Although I just tried the 16:8 program for beginners, It's been three weeks now and I've dropped from 190 to 160 pounds. This is amazing! Recommend it to anyone who wants to lose weight, it's really easy to use. Five-star praise!
