So I was contemplating buying the app and if I’m to be really honest I have had many options that I haven’t really stuck too. But this app has helped me in little ways with seeing results but very slowly.
The app could improve in a lot of areas such as adding the calories for us like the app ‘ my fitness pal’ instead I have to hunt down the calories in each individual food I am eating which takes time and too much effort which we should not have to do for something we are already paying money for that’s meant to motivate and make easier losing weight and targeting goals. But other than that it’s a 3 star from me. Stay fit peeps 🫶🏻
Wish the valley count was included in this trial phase
I went through the 4 weeks trial and paid for this only to find a hidden request for further payment to monitor the calorie count etc…
So I feel like I have been tricked into undisclosed commitments

I completed the whole questionnaire, hoping for what was advertised: a personalised fasting and exercise plan. It’s not! And you only discover this once you’ve paid, of course! It’s all very generic, one fits all, lazy content. Don’t buy!
DO NOT SUBSCRIBE TO TRIAL OFFER
This app is a scam as you read through most of the reviews. I subscribed to a trial offer and didn’t even use the app because the app has nothing to offer. They charged me for the trial offer and without any communication, they charged me for monthly subscriptions for two months.
They won’t offer any refund because their refund policy is extremely restrictive. Read the policy before proceeding. Very disappointing

I am having trouble contacting a tech person to help change my password Although i have paid my subscription i am not getting any help to get the app up and running.

They going to take your money without even give you notice, they want to collect money anyway, the term condition is a joke, very tiny word, also you won’t see the subscription in your Apple account, this is not right. And the APP didn’t do anything to me. Very useless. You being charged until you realized it was auto renewal without notice? I feel they are here just for trick people money only :(

Beware of the refund policy…nothing special in this app
They keep taking funds out even after cancellation
I cancelled my subscription on their website, but 1 month later a fraudulent payment was taken from my card, followed by another fraudulent attempt 2 days later. Luckily it was blocked by the bank.
A waste of time communicating with support as they just copy paste lies, which is what i assume they do to others considering how they have the lies and excuses well rehearsed

Misleading subscription. Hard to cancel and won’t refund your money
Warning if you subscribe to this app and think you can unsubscribe in your apples settings you can’t.
I downloaded this app from an ad on socials and found it disappointing so believe I cancelled it in my Apple ID subscription settings months ago. It was not showing as in active or inactive app on my Apple ID subscriptions list yet I was still being charged. This I have found out DOES NOT cancel your subscription like most other apps.
Upon learning this I had to go through the app settings and wade through a million “opt back in” offers before it would finally let me cancel it.
I emailed their support team who came back with a long winded excuse email and would not consider a refund and offered me some free months of usage on the app. Why offering extra time on an app I clearly don’t want and find the service misleading seems suitable resolution is beyond me.
I will be taking this as a loss and a waste if time.
Suggest clearly reading the fine print on this before you subscribe.
If I could give 0 stars for this service I would so please ignore the 1 star rating.
