I admire this app, it stops me beinging. When I push Start Fast in the evenings It magically stop me to go check what is in my fridge. Ilike minimalistic design of this app. Highly highly recommend it 👍👍👍

Une application sobre, facile à utiliser qui permet d’enregistrer toutes ses périodes de jeûnes. Et si vous avez oublié d’enregistrer un jeûne, il est possible de l’ajouter manuellement. Application envoie une notification lorsque votre jeûne est terminé. L’application permet aussi d’exporter les données.

L’app ne synchronise pas les données de jeûne dans Apple, elle propose juste une écriture du poids rentré à la dans l’app... interêt très modeste

On peut la mettre en français?

If my last fast ended at 1200, i cannot start another one at 2000 ..... or it will erase the previous one.....

good application, I recommend it, it will be very nice for the developer to integrate a note function to register food or sport that we can be in a future update.
