This is a great app that does everything I need it to do. I love the fact that in addition to preset fasting durations, you’re able to set variable durations for longer periods of time. Lots of other apps won’t let you go beyond 72 hours. I love the icons on the fasting timeline that describe what’s happening in your body. Very accurate and informative information. Well done!

Good fasting app but Live Activity display feature is not supported.

Super easy to use, offers any amount of time to track your fasts, also tracks, weight, mood, blood sugars, ketones, size of body, and water intake, shows your progress in graph forms too, love it

This is really easy to use and I really appreciate it being free. The things I would like to see in future updates: 1. Group being able to be added to easily fast with friends. 2. Customizable payment option, instead of all preset amounts... I want to help keep the app going by contributing, but I don't want any of the preset choices on monthly options or one time payment options.

an amazing app for tracking all types of fasts :) absolutely love the option to change the display colour on the app, mine's purple! it'd be really cool if we also had the option to change the colour of the app icon to match the display!
