Great app with a great name.
App is easy to use and not bloated with a lot of features, GUI trash, or gamification. One feature that would be useful is ability to set track actual and target oz of water consumption. Thank you for not tracking data and for providing import/export features! Fasting vs Intermittent mode is not clear to me: Does a fasting day equate to no eating 12:00 am to 11:59pm in 1 day? My fasting usually spans across day regardless of the number of hours so I use the intermittent fasting option and am not sure what is meant by a fasting day.
