passive aggression if you don't want to buy a subscription - developers are sure you: a. "prefer annoying pop ups" b. "expect everything in life for free" c. "don't want unlimited" all i want is not to buy a subscription. why do i have to go through these humiliating statements just to decline an offer to buy a subscription? putting psychological pressure on your users so that they can buy you product is not good 😬

It used to let you save for free but then after a while it makes you have to pay in order to save. I loved this app but having to pay…

It worked amazingly but it had a yearly payment even without subscription. So please don’t say it’s a free app when it’s not.

The app is good but i have never pressed anything to purchase at $39.99 subscription and when i ask for the refund I cannot get it back and it makes no sense. I wanted a free trial to see if i even want a subscription and now $42 is out of my pocket from an app that i don’t even use. i hope you guys can see and help me with my situation and i can get my refund

I was able to save all my videos with ease. But it’s consistently freezing every few videos when I try to scroll through my saves. It’s very frustrating & especially considering it’s a paid subscription

Will not give option to cancel subscription before free trial ended, or after trial ended.

Whoever thought that was a good idea should probably be fired. just allow people to skip past it

I have not been able to download any of my saved videos to my camera roll for the last five days. I thought it was an Apple issue, but it might be an app issue.

what the caption says. Go buy a usb for under 10$ and save your tiktoks to it. 10x more cheaper and you dont get to have limited saves.

I was also charged $40 for the subscription fee even though I wasn’t able to use the app due to the overwhelming amount of new users. They will not refund me at all even though I wasn’t able to use the apps services.
