It takes days for customers service to reply you

This app has become nothing to write home about, you can imagine trading a card for over 5 hours and I am yet to get a confirmation. I even tried to reach out to their customer support, they refused to reply. I’ll stop using it and also tell everyone that I have introduced it to stop using it.

I transfered $570 to my wallet and I didn’t get it l. Went to my Favex app only for me to see them asking me to generate a new wallet while I have been sending to the current one for months.

Very terrible app every time they have issues with withdrawal If there’s something less than 1 star I’ll rate them that😡😡😡

This App was the best but one of a sudden it become a scamming app, imagine withdrawing your funds and it’s under processing for over 24 hrs later they live chat responded says the the money has been reversed back into your wallet and nothing is showing there for over 48 hrs still counting and but email and customer support not responding to my messages
