Best app ever love it

It takes forever to get approved i deleted the app and had to reinstalled because i forgot i even signed up. Then when u finally get approved you have to wait another week for the card and you cant even do anything until. After all that and you start doing orders you have to wait another 2 days to get approved to transfer YOUR OWN MONEY. This app is a disgrace id rather just use uber eats way easier and they pay isnt that much different.

Sit for 2 hours without getting a order is not worth my time and gas

The whole runner experience is now garbage. People have found a way to use bots and or hack the app. Check social media. Runners are reporting people parked in store curbside spots, then taking multiple orders on multiple phones. I personally haven't gotten more than one offer an hour for the last several months.

Great and easy way to make some extra money ☺️

I love this job but the market in del Rio has know been closed for 3 days and I haven’t been able to do any favors since then

I am writing this review with two stars because I have been waiting almost 2 weeks for my card to come in the mail. If I called, they said they don’t know. Got no response from the emails so far. They used to let you pick it up at H-E-B, but I guess they messed up And took that away. So I’m waiting for a card that I will barely use because the jobs I take are H-E-B mostly. I have received my card now and went and done five favors . They are refusing to pay me now because they say I have a new debit card and they wanna put a hold on my money. Don’t use all your gas. This app used to be convenient now. It is trash. I am back again . Now it’s payday. They still aren’t gonna pay me because they said it was hung up trying to do the Insta pay that they’re not gonna let go through. Now I have to wait another 48 hours to get paid hopefully .
