The app is not at all intuitive. It cost far too much to send a fax and then when it failed, wants to charge me again to retry! I would ask for my money back if I had even a remote chance of finding out how to ask for it or getting it. Really disappointed.
I download this app on a brand new phone. It was easy enough to scan. Then it prompted me to add a FAX page and would not let me send a FAX without that part. But when I purchased it and got back to the point that I wanted to send the fax, it prompted me again to pay another fee for FAX page. There are no clear instructions on this app as to how to send a fax after that. It just keep showing you that you have one fax page. There is no way to click on that FAX page to use it. This is a scam. They’re just taking your money. Do not use this app!
