I had issues with account, tried to contact them several times, no response even after 20 days. They try to sell you annual package and then no support at all.

Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-Hours before the end of the current period. Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and identify the cost of the renewal. Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user’s account settings after purchase

Never worked
Do not buy. I was not able to receive the fax I needed. I’m going to try and get my money back.
First fax is free!!! Then why did you charge me CDN$11.01
It’s better to honestly tell the world that your app has no free trial because it is a good application and very helpful to everyone specially to those who have no fax machines. Sorry for not rating your app as what I’ve planning to because I was disappointed.
Disappointed
Wish I could give 0 stars. I purchased a subscription only to find out that my account was removed and my fax number wasn’t in use- I had put this number on my business cards. Tried to contact support but they never responded.

Poor app
This app is not set up properly. Tried twice to send a fax and it wouldn’t go through. Could not use the trial they make you purchase a plan. Could not access the subscription to cancel the auto renew. No one is returning my emails from support. Do not use this app.
No free fax
Says first fax is free, but it isn’t.
Downhill Quickly
I subscribed and over two months and the third month I was charged but don’t have a fax number to receive faxes -everytime I try to push it through it says I have a subscription till next month June 25th 2020 but won’t give me a number and then when I select subscribe again it notifies me I already have a subscription-help
