When can we sign up to become a member? Why is the update taking too long?

I just opened fazza app to purchase a Vox cinema combo voucher but couldn’t find it anywhere on the app although the last time I checked the offer was valid till the end of 2025

Can’t become a member. Everytime I click on become a member it just shows an announcement instead without redirecting me to the sign up page

it doesn’t update and it is slow it is stupid and annoying and nerve wrecking , how do i become member

Tried since feb.2025 cant become the member showing anouncement only when can we apply for new fazaa card?

التطبيق سيئ ، يسجل الخروج تلقائيا عده مررات .. معطم الأماكن و المراكز يطبقون استخدام العضويه فقط في ايام معينه.

Super slow, doesn’t allow you to click on anything, takes ages to load the main menu and in the end the app “kicks you out” and you have to do it all over again. Can’t use it.

I tried to get support on the chat but nothing is understandable on this service only certain questions can be answered. I tried to renew my membership and there is no option to renew
