Fazoli's Rewards

The Fazoli‘s at 4505 West Loop 250 in Midland Texas is always exceptional. The staff is always very friendly. That being said, I don’t like ice in my drink, and there is no ice level option on the app. I place my order on the app, then have to call them so they can make the change manually. A little inconvenient, but overall not bad.

I wish restaurants had it in them to wipe off the tables these days.

I was really impressed with my visit. The food was delicious and hot. The bread sticks were amazing! I will definitely recommend the restaurant. I will be returning to this location.

The food was as expected and to the quality it should be. Unfortunately the oven was down, which made baked items unavailable or would just take longer. A sign was up, so I knew what to expect. Typically I get the baked lasagna. Also, since they serve Pepsi, I always get unsweet tea but was told both brewers were down for tea. I came for a little comfort food after a trying day, and just didn’t hit the mark this time.

Try to order a family meal…you get forced into substituting the entire meal instead of just ordering what is on screen. 1 star is too high of a rating.

Came here for the first time ever not knowing what to expect and was so happy with the positive staff, excellent food and service and light atmosphere. We will certainly be regular customers. Thank you!
