Frustrating app
Don’t waste your time navigating through this app, its very poorly designed. Lots of issues and unable to find payment option.
Useless
I feel I’ve wasted an hour of my time hopping between their app and website trying to figure out to set up a PAYMENT plan so that my child can actual pay for his lunch. I’m sending in cash with him. Public school- state law- they have to feed him, right??? Especially since he has type 1 diabetes. The app is user friendly but indicates NOWHERE on how to pay for food. Cash is king!
No menu listed - pre planning
Weekly menu needed for planning if not monthly Monthly. Not available 9-2-23. Requesting a printable pdf
It’s okay
I like this app but it keeps logging out when I visit the website. Also there are too many steps to see the menu. I really want it to be simplified. Thank you.

This app is terrible! I can’t even see my orders bc literally the page won’t display.

Oh Snap
This App works about 1 day a week. Every other day it says Oh Snap No Menu Available. Why bother?
No menu available
It was working just fine, but starting last week it says “Oh, snap! No menu available.” Pretty useless.
Not helpful
Thought this app would help with planning lunches for the week and prepaying for them. Can’t seem to find that option even if there is one. With that said when came to starting profile, at the allergen section I chose that option but nothing came up for choosing one or even typing in one. Crap app, and not helpful or useful!
