I didn’t know how to read the language I didn’t even know what to do I am so disappointed Never get this only if you know the language

After paying the yearly fee, there is one excise section not moving forward. I emailed the company, but the only contact information I could find. I got no answer, and the excise is still stuck. It's frustrating when you purchase something and can't use it.

Would love to try this app but when I selected a workout, it goes to a screen with a lot of Asian print I cannot read and won’t leave the screen until you hit the button at the bottom. I don’t want to click as not sure it’s not a scam.

So at first when I downloaded this at it was in English and I really enjoyed it. I ended up not using it for a while and had to redownload it to my phone. When I did it wasn’t in English and there is no way to change it. So now I have to find another app.

I like the app and for a long time it was in English. Now it shows up in kanji. Another time back to English and today kanji again. I hope this can be fixed!

My app updated and when I opened it it is in Chinese? Japanese? I have NO idea, but it’s not in English and I have no idea how to fix it.

Talking about the movement needed to reach positive results and correct posture would be a plus but I’m just starting and it makes me sweat so it’s doing something

Wasn’t sure what to expect but this is my first day and it was great. I didn’t realize the next move was at the bottom so I was a little behind each time but figured it out :) love it so far!
