The app fails to send a message for me to even log in and create an account.

The mobile number is only accepted with 9 digits. However, I’m sure I’m not the only one with a 10 digit number. I recommend to fix this issue.

Since the last update, I cannot book a taxi anymore. If I enter a destination, there is an error message: „no service type found“. A pity, I liked the app before.

I’ve been to places and by far this is the worst taxi hailing service ever. The disrespect from the operators to the drivers advising you to use the other company is beyond amusing

I really disappointed by this company even if they don’t have a potential to track the location. I have cancelled my appointment again and again by this company mistake. It’s week system they used.

The Faras app looks great on the surface – the interface is clean and user-friendly. But don’t let that fool you. On iOS, the app is a complete mess. Every time I try to order a car, it says “error” and refuses to go through, no matter how many times I try. Then it automatically logs me out without warning, which is incredibly frustrating. The worst part? After giving up and closing the app, I reopen it later only to find out it actually did place the order — even though it showed an error before. This has happened multiple times, and it’s totally unacceptable for a service that’s supposed to be reliable and time-sensitive. There are clearly major bugs and compatibility issues with iPhones. Until the developers take these problems seriously and fix the app, I strongly advise against using it on iOS.

The app used to work fine woth the a safari number then after the recent update it logged me out and won’t even send a code to log me back in with both sms or Whats app code. Have two start for the previous service but this is unacceptable

The app closes while using and goes to the log in screen when reopening the app.
