Signed up and they gave me a 2 for 1 meal voucher the next day, seem to be decent food and drinks discounts! Every time we go on the weekend for dinner they send another voucher as well - recommend as good value for free membership.

Worst app ever! Never works, rarely at best! On the odd occasion it does you have to wait an eternity for it to load. Absolute rubbish and has been like this for a year! When is it going to be fixed?!

Have not come across such a painful and unreliable app in the AppStore. Not a good look for the Feros Group at all. If you manage to actually get it to launch properly, take a screen shot of your members barcode and save it to your photos so you can at least use it to get the discounts.

My app updated to the latest version and now no matter what I do, including deleting it completely and re installing it again, I can’t login, I just get a message saying there was an unknown error, please try again later. Useless.

Incredibly slow to load, logs me out every 3rd or so time I use it, won’t let me save my password in keychain, ridiculous security for a non payment platform. Lots of glitches and bugs. Staff are sick of it, slows down service. The absolute pits, Feros should sack their developer and start again.

The old app worked better and had access to more information. This app is slow to load or cannot load. You are also required to continually sign in and log in usually fails 2 to 3 times at best, at worst you cannot log in at all. Go back to the future please.

This app is complete garbage. Continually logs you out and when you enter your password it doesn’t recognise it so you have to perform a reset. When your finally in the updated app if you click on anything including vouchers it will instantly crash. I don’t both using this app anymore just give the bartender your phone number instead of using the members number from the app.

Doesn’t work at all, doesn’t recognise my Email from previous login and doesn’t progress when starting new login. Go back to cards if this won’t work properly!

Tried to use the Feros app after a year not using Reset my password successfully but app says Sorry we cannot log you in at the moment Undefined Offset: 0 Tried again several times in past week so the app is useless and no help available

This app has not worked for over 4 weeks. Seriously, if you want to use it to attract people to your venues then fix the app so it can be used and vouchers can be redeemed.
