I’m trying to view my purchased tickets and it kicks me out of app each time :( I try to complete another activity and also kicks me out :(

Absolutely rubbish. It does not have customer support nor does it have a decent working app. I have bought 3 all 3 of which are on a payment plan but they put 1 on pending and for the other 2 they have not taken payment for them. I have no idea what’s going on because it sends you to a trash support page where it gives little support. Do not buy from festicket or use their app.

do yourself a favour and do not purchase anything from this company. i bought two tickets to an event that got cancelled. i flew to a different state and took days off work for it, i was so excited. they didn’t notify me of the cancellation, and the only way i found out was by trying to find the address of the event in the app. i searched the event, scrolled down and found little red writing saying it’s been cancelled. i contacted festicket and when i asked for a refund, they said it’s non refundable because i didn’t pay extra for booking protection upon placing my order. so they failed to inform me that the event got cancelled and now apparently i have to let them keep my almost $600. the booking protection is irrelevant as they cancelled the event and i didn’t find out until hours before it was intended to start. i haven’t heard anything since emailing them back so i would stay clear of this company. upon further research, they’ve been known to do some sketch business. please save your money for a more professional ticketing company.

Good extension from the website, but the app isn’t 100% okay, there is a few bugs that needs to be fixed. Also, it would be a great feature the Apple wallet integration, which you can add your tickets to the wallet.
