FFR Sleep

FFR Sleep operates as a watch app with a phone companion app. Open the app on both devices, and lie down. Tap next on your phone, and an ad will run. After the ad finishes, the "Sleep" button will appear on your watch. Tap it, focus on the tapping from your watch, and you should easily fall asleep.
By default, FFR Sleep uses "Adaptive Mode". In this mode, your watch checks to see how close you are to falling asleep as the app runs and taps. This will continue until the app verifies that you're asleep, or for 20 minutes, whichever comes first. If you prefer a consistent, slowing tapping, you can turn off adaptive mode and use the slider to adjust the duration the app runs.
This will not work for everyone, but should work for most people. If it works for you, and you want an ad-free, watch-only experience, we have subscriptions available in the app. If it doesn't work for you, we're sorry, and we understand the frustration of insomnia.
