App signs me out almost every day, seems random. Pretty annoying.

This app is horrible, Fujitsu should be ashamed of itself. Spent over 45 minutes trying to get it to work. Then, Fujitsu’s website states it’s open for telephone support 8-8 est. (it does NOT states what days it is open). Shame on you Fujitsu!

This morning the app decided to remove the names and groupings for all of my units. Now i just have a list of unintelligible numbers. The unfortunate thing is that i am not home and had hoped to turn one room off but now have no idea which one that is. If you intend to get heat pumps and want to control them remotely, DO NOT CHOOSE FUJITSU.

Stopped working after ios18 update fix please

The App is recommended for 4 year olds and up, but I think a 3 year old wrote the App. The unit works a treat. The App and the manual clearly never were Beta tested.

This is the worst app I have ever used in terms of functionality. I have tried to pair my AC with it over and over and over following the exact directions from this app on the website and I cannot get past registration. My own Wi-Fi is picking up the AC, but it will not register therefore I cannot even use any other apps as a workaround like Alexa to try to use the AC this is absolutely ridiculous for system that is $3000. If I could give this zero stars I would and there’s no way to even contact anybody via email about how bad this is and Fujitsu just doesn’t answer.

Very hard to understand. I couldn’t get the app to register to the AC unit. Attempted for over a year. If WIFi is important to you don’t buy Fujitsu

Frustratingly and unnecessarily poor application. Can’t even tell you the current temperature. Remotes don’t update when app actually works. Password protection won’t accommodate face rec or fingerprint. Manual is useless. Basically junk.

It’s a shame Fujitsu doesn’t devote any energy to improve this app. I’ve seen one update in around 4 years. I have to relogin every few days; it doesn’t even cache my user id. This is frustrating when I’m bleary eyed when I wake up and have to read and type just to turn on the heat. Scheduling features are poor compared to any current app for other resources in my home like Kasa switches, Schluter warm floors, or Bosch washer/dryer., which do periodically update their apps because they care. If I can use facial recognition to log into my more important banking apps, shopping apps and not have to retype my user id and password every few days, Fujitsu could do better if they cared to. It’ll show me current settings and let me change temp remotely, so that’s why my review is higher than one star. But compared to capabilities of many other home resources, it’s shamefully lacking and backwards. Think twice and review other brands’ apps before buying a Fujitsu home appliance. I wish I had.

My favorite aspect of this app is how it logs me out for reasons, and at times, that make no sense, have no pattern, and cannot be predicted. So, when I get up at 3:00am to use the bathroom and find I need to tweak the heat settings - this app has logged me out. Even though I’ve had it open in my apps and I just used it 4 hours earlier before ‘lights out’. So yeah, it’s the middle of the night, I can’t see the screen without my glasses. Then when I get up first thing? I have to log in again. But … then? The next time around? It’ll go 4 or 5 days and not have to be restarted/signed in. Just this season - all winter it was off. I turned on the app at the start of summer and - to my utter amazement - I was still logged in. I couldn’t believe it. It had been months since I was last logged in. Yet in the past 2 days, alone, I’ve been logged out too many times to count - all while the app was never shut down completely on my phone. I don’t log out of it - ever. And I rarely close the app window on my phone because —> I don’t want to be logged out. So my thinking is, if I don’t close out the app window (if I leave it running in the background) I won’t get logged out. This is why - if I was aware of any other app that could do the job this crappy app does, I’d dump this unnecessarily frustrating application like a hot coal. I despise this app more than any other app on my phone. I have complained about this for years and have never been heard nor seen by the developers and this issue has never been addressed in documentation, let alone by the developers within code functionality. If it’s designed to log users out every so many hours or under certain conditions why don’t the developers tell us as much? All signs point to —> they don’t know why so they aren’t addressing it in any manner or to any degree. They aren’t even looking into it. It’s a problem they haven’t a clue how to figure out or fix, so “it just is what it is”. As a user, I can assure you, this is ‘no bueno’.
