I downloaded this for my Fiat 500XL, but when I open it, all it offers is videos. No monitors, no car lock, no options at all!!??

When I updated to the required new version it erased all of my old service records. Terrible and extremely frustrating.

I tried multiple times to verify my email and FIAT.com would not connect. I tried multiple times to open the app and there was no information. This app doesn’t work.

This is my third Fiat in 15 years, and I still own my others. In the past I’d been able to upload photos of my cars and get some information on the vehicle status. With the new EV, the app has gotten clunky and features that were active a few months ago when I purchased the car have disappeared. Remote lock and unlock is gone. The links to promos are broken. The EV status does not update in a timely fashion. I realize that sales have been disappointing for the new 500e, but why would I buy another Stellantis product given how poorly this one is supported?

Bought a used 2018 500X trekking and tried to add the vehicle to the app and it simply won’t work. It recognizes the VIN when I scan it but then it isn’t there. It says no vehicle in garage. I like connectivity and being able to know useful information but this isn’t working.

Very frustrating when I add my vin # I keep getting a message that I have no register vehicle. Pointless app.

App is poorly written and fails at the most basic features

Wasn’t able to add my car to the list. It’s a 2017 Fiat 500e. Disappointed because I just want to see my battery percent.

Does not work just shows vehicle history and recalls that’s all!!
