Face ID is poorly implemented. Despite being enabled it is hit and miss as to whether it uses the function or prompts for a username and password. Once you have logged in you might get the infinitely scrolling done button or when looking at your investments you might just get the blank page - either way you need to kill the app and go again.
Please can this App be sorted out? It hasn’t worked properly for months. When is this App going to work again? It’s not worked for over a week …….again!
I’m trying to move cash after selling shares 4 days ago and link when clicked brings up blank screen. Major issue.
Amazing company with great fund choice. Tho interface on the app is awful.
I constantly have to renew the facial ID log in. Awful.
This is one of the worst apps I’ve ever used. It’s comically bad. I’m certain no-one at Fidelity has used this app. I’m not even sure one function works correctly. If this is an indication of how your money is managed I’d look elsewhere. What an absolute joke.
This is a very poor app and very slow and frustrating to use. It is also extremely frustrating to log in and out of even though I have face recognition. Sometimes it even struggles with that. Massive improvement is needed with this app to even come close to the functionality and user friendliness of other trading apps. Please improve…
Sort the app out. Full of blank screens. Sometimes it will use Face ID. Sometimes it won’t. Very amateur. And painful to use.
Why doesn’t your app work? I have made complaints but am just ignored. Been going on for months it’s like a running sore. You don’t care about your customers. Pretty damning.
App has been fine for year but last few months after a few weeks it won’t allow me to access my account and I have to delete and re install. What is going on?
