One of the worst banking apps ever in the history, even in the United States that has the internet, and secondly my phone carrier is T-Mobile and yet the useless App still can’t open on a daily basis. It keeps saying that I don’t have network connection. Very annoying, frustrating and disgusting. I can’t wait to switch my bank.

You people should add dark themes on your app
Stay away from this bank, they poor services and don’t bloody care for its customers. They turn off their services anytime they want. It’s a rubbish and the app is useless. Very useless bank
It’s been a good ride all this while, but recently I barely login into my bank app. Please you guys should try your possible best to fix it. Most of your customers are based outside Nigeria and online banking app is there only solution💯
I don’t no what wrong with it it not working on my phone
I don’t know why uptill now, your bank does not give the totaled number of ones statement,i have to scroll one after the other and punch my calculator,it’s really stressful
I wonder why a banking app would not have such an important option for users to download receipt of an old transaction. I sent a seller 100k and there was no means to proof my transaction to them after closing the app. I checked my mail but the debit description had just the amount, no receiver name and just the last 4 part of their account number. It was a struggle to proof the authenticity of the transaction because they had not received the payment within the expected timeframe.
The app is just plain and certain features don’t work. It should be worked on. And recently, it’s not opening. Just showing the fidelity icon.
Read some old reviews so it’s clear you people don’t care but I’ll add mine nevertheless. It was bad before the upgrade and currently Your App doesn’t work, AT ALL!. Rubbish.
