Won’t even pull up the login screen after the latest update, complete garbage app

New app is useless. It lost all my login details. An updated version of an App should NOT forget one’s user ID and password - AND ALSO it should NOT forget the login registered with fingerprint ID. And now, the App has been rendered USELESS! In the time it takes to email a PIn code - the App will not accept the PIN. This means you have made your own app utterly useless - I cannot ever be able to use it. Why would you break something that worked well ? Please fix.

I have been having issues for a number of months now trying to log in with Biometrics. Reverts back to manual login every time. Tried everything to get around it - still not working. I can’t be alone in having this problem. Fox it please.

The best thing about the app was the ability to click on plan & learn: it would then show you a projection of income at retirement. This has now been removed, and now you have to go onto the website, input loads of options to get a projection that is too vague to be helpful. Gutted

So easy to do this right these days and they just consistently get it wrong. Buggy and terrible UI, such a shame for a systemically important pension company.

Need to get this sorted absolutely unbelievable that a so called global company has such a rubbish app.

It’s almost like it’s just a link to their website. Very basic. Stuff doesn’t work. Bad links. No links. Errors. Impressively rubbish for the size of company

Impossible to download the latest version!

Still doesn’t allow you to use the app if you have more than 1 pension. Supposedly 3 years now they’ve been “working hard” on adding this feature. Feels more like hardly working…

Works fine for a few days and then gives you the spinning pizza wheel of death when you try to log in. This clears if you reinstall and then repeats a few days later. Pretty poor, really. I hope Fidelity’s fund management is better than its app design.
