Unable to access any ranking pages
I am playing the game on iPhone 11 Pro. Since last week I was unable to access the tournament ranking page and event ranking page. Whenever I try to access these pages, it just keeps loading. I cannot check my ranking and I am not sure if I still eligible for any tournament rewards. This is frustrating, because these ranking pages are probably the only way that the players get to compete with other players (indirectly) and if this is taken away from us then playing this game is just a waste of time. So please look into the issue and fix it! Also I have already reported this in your in-game support page but no news from you guys.
