**Terrible Experience with Verizon - Hidden Charges and Poor Customer Service** I am extremely disappointed with Verizon. Despite their assurances that I could cancel my service for free within a 90-day probation period, they have charged me for services I did not agree to and did not use. After contacting their customer service multiple times, I was given the runaround and told that there was nothing they could do. This is a clear case of misleading and unfair business practices. Beware of hidden charges and unhelpful customer support if you choose Verizon. I expected better from such a large company. Avoid Verizon if you value transparency and honesty in your service providers.
