Why does it happen?

Thank you. Excellent app that does what it says without all the unnecessary.

I've had this app since 2010, and have kept it through many generations of iPhones. Over the years the interface felt increasingly dated, but it was so useful I couldn't part with it. I fully expected it to become obsolete with iOS 11, but was surprised with an update today! What a treat to see a developer maintain their tools.

Great reference that facilitates aperture settings for accurate DOF range. No need for guessing or fumbling with a piece of paper. Would like to see flash contribution (ambient to flash ratio). I'll even contribute the simple formulas (Only 2 needed).

Better than any of the other dof calculators out there - simple interface, accurate calcs, and gives you everything you need.

A nice clean interface that is very simple to use. Calculates on the fly, so it is very easy to change variables to experiment. I like it very much!

I wish it also had numeric keypad entry for values and angle of view and it would be perfect!

Helpful to maximize depth if field!

I use this VERY often. Although I usually know approx DOF for given set of conditions, this app makes the process precise, consistent and very useful. Comes in very handy for planned pics.
