Was doing good till the latest update. When I click on an address to navigate it brings up a white screen. Please fix
Software has many bugs. Always crashing and losing customer data. Support team never responds and offers any help. For the inflated price they charge it is not worth it. Many other great software system out there. I would recommend Housecall Pro or Jobber over FieldPulse. I should have known not to use this software when I had to beg their sales team to setup a demo. They always made meetings then cancelled them with no notice or explanation. It was as if I was too small of a business for them to care. MAJOR red flag I should have listened to.
As far as I can tell, this app doesn’t work very well at all. Freezes on push notifications screen now, every time. But even before, when it did work, not nearly as maneuverable as advertised.
App is pretty good but I have a couple of things to recommend. One being auto correct, sometimes autocorrect doesn’t work and it will autocorrect to a word that not even English. Secondly, my techs and feel that comments and field notes should be editable. There are times where we need to edit our notes for spelling and or grammar mistakes. Also, there are times when I need to edit a comment if there was additional scopes of work performed on that same day. PLEASE help us out and make this available in the next update.
Customer support is spot on! They definitely have a contractor on staff who is navigating the software engineers. Seem to have overcome many of the limitations that other software packages have. Plus it can keep up with how fast I can click my mouse, that’s a huge benefit!

Tried this service, gave a trial version for a week. This version was heavily truncated, but everything worked quickly. By the end of the trial period, sellers began to call, I showed several reasons why I could not fully test the system, there was no access to sending invoices and accepting payments. To which I was convinced that everything would work as well as in HouseCall Pro, only cheaper. Considering that one function in HCP was blocked for me, I decided to purchase by paying $ 459, everything from that moment the support service was removed from this service, literally on the first day of work, problems with sending invoices began. There was a situation when a client, having paid for my services, asked for an invoice on the spot, I tried to send it to him for 20 minutes, but the interface was so confusing after connecting other functions that I had to create a job in HCP and send an invoice via HCP, as a result, after repeated calls, it turned out that from the beginning I had to set it up in the desktop version. When I tried to set up payment, they began to offer me credit cards instead of doing the main and necessary service for me. A week later, I was still not contacted about the payment service and I decided to abandon FP. I contacted them by phone and they accepted my requirements, but then the fun began. I asked several times if additional steps were required, to which I was assured no. A month later, I was contacted by a specialist from the payment service and requested documents, I was surprised and said that I no longer needed their service and refused the services. He thanked me for letting him know. And for four days they began to write off money from me for their service. Please! And then they poke me their user agreement. Yes, this is the worst CRM system, I do not recommend them, they are not conscientious and not quality service providers.
They dont have support team. Be aware
This app looks great, definitely an improvement over the old version. I just don’t understand why the old app wasn’t just updated. I’ve been using the previous version for months without knowing about this one. Also, there doesn’t seem to be an easy way to see the duration of a job like in the old app. Only way I’ve found is to do the math on when the job was marked “in progress” to when it’s “complete”
