Significant improvements in stability have made this into an actual viable pest control app. Additional tweaking to the UI has made it more user friendly as well. Can now definitely recommend this app to other users!

IM TIRED OF PORTRAIT MODE BRING LANDSCAPE MODE BACK

Good job on the features and the idea around the app, but poorly executed, very buggy and freezes up. The clock has many issues. This is unacceptable for such a large company. You guys are going to get left behind if you don’t get this updated soon.

The product never works right. Scanning equipment don’t work now.

Pro tip: do not let you screen turn off or minimize the app before saving the stop or the app will erase everything you’ve done, including all products and their attributes entered. Also, the product use entry page is a complete disaster. Why are dilution percentages showing for items like snap traps and glue boards? It clutters it and confuses on other items like aerosols where there’s no dilution.

Please update operatoring system so that your use wouldn’t experience malfunction when operating app

Has only gotten worse with time. Every single appointment the whole thing reloads and/or crashes. Says I have no connection when I do. This is the worst app I have on my phone.

As a lot of other door to door people probably have commented, everything about field routes is worse than pest. It takes forever to load, makes you load customers that aren’t even yours, and it just works terribly. When it comes to PEST ROUTES. I have never had one issue aside from rep spy messing up where it doesn’t show the correct person. Why why why would you switch your app from the most user friendly software ever, to a mediocre app that achieves less than its predecessor?

This app literally crashes 50 percent of the time. The neglect of maintenance and development is astonishing depending how many people rely on this app.

This garbage has been out for so long, with no notable improvements. You cannot expect the app to stay open if you place a phone call, or if you have to answer a text from your manager or other customer. The app even crashes mid report, causing you to lose everything that you have entered. Due to this, it is a waste of time to use any of the equipment options. Just write what is legally required in the invoice and you’re fine. They constantly change this from PestRoutes to FieldRoutes but it gets categorically worse every time. Somebody needs to be fired, somebody needs to actually help the pest control industry.
