Brilliant idea and good looking trainers
Google cast feature
Do add google cast feature to make it even more complete. Not all of us have Apple TV to begin with. 5 stars if functionality of google cast added
You said it was free for 14 days!
Then you charged me £119.99 - I would like a refund for this false advertising!
Get FiiT!
Great range of workouts and lots of different trainers so there’s something for everyone. Corinne is great as she demos the next exercise while you’re catching your breathe. I’ve found this app great as I travel lots and never know what to do to keep exercise interesting.
Class resets mid-way
It’s good and all but it’s happened on several occasions where I’m mid way in a class and the some notifications come on my phone pausing the class, when I resume it resets the class to the beginning. Really annoying and demotivating when it takes all your effort to come to a mat to work out and then you can’t even finish a whole lesson coz it resets.
Love it, but the treadmill, bike workouts, etc. None are free. And you can’t connect your tracker?
I like it, the scheduled group classes are nice, but the workouts with the treadmill, bike, row, and all that just need to be free. Or else we need to schedule a time which might not fit us in a way. I have a treadmill at home, but I can’t use it with the app at any time, any day. That is annoying, but overall I like the intensity of the workouts, and some ones that are free. And you need to be unlimited to use your fitness tracker, which isn’t fair. Would give a 5, but these reasons ruin it.
Cancelled subscription but still charged me
I used the free subscription and then I cancelled straight away so it said I wouldn’t be charged. I haven’t used it since cancelling the free subscription and just checked my bank and they have been charging me £20 a month even though in my settings it is inactive.
Watch out! They Refused to refund my yearly subscription
Exactly as the title states, a day after the sub was taken from my account they refused to refund it. No 14 day cool down period.
Good workout but weak UX
Workouts are really good and classes really push you. Combined with the in class progress and burn rate it’s pretty good. Shame you can select a series of classes to complete e.g Bodyweight strength 1,2,3… Also quite annoying that even though in settings I have no equipment it keeps recommending classes with dumbbells. You can’t filter the search by equipment either.
