Fiix CMMS

This app could be the best tool in your toolbox but it needs some improvements. While it is handy and does what it’s suppose to it lacks a few key features others have mentioned. It needs to follow the same lines as the web page, being able to sort assets and parts by categories would be a benefit. The new update that lets you filter through work orders is a huge start in the right direction. Being able to customize the app and tailor it to your preferences as well would help. A resource library for manuals and forms would also come in handy. In general, the app works but could be dolled up for an all around better end user experience.

App keeps freezing on me, can't do anything.

The app is working smoothly. I was waiting for the asset hierarchy in the asset list and finally it’s added. Wonderful!

the mobile App needs more of the mechanics and features that the web browser version offer. Such as Categorized assets by grouped hierarchy, and access to edit an assett. Being an Admin and using the app virtually makes no difference. It’s just too basic.

So I have been using FIIX since 2017. There’s been a lot of changes over the years but overall the experience has been pleasant. Started noticing ever since Rockwell has bought out FIIX that the app now constantly lags. You now have to login every day as it logs you out daily. That wouldn’t be a problem if it would tell you that you’re not logged in and go straight to the main screen. However, sometimes it will allow you to work as though you’re logged in, only to find an hour later that all the work you’ve done was for nothing as it requests you to login and doesn’t save what you’ve already done. Refreshing used to take only a second to update the system but now it can take a literal minute or two, or ten.. and it can sometimes go without refreshing due to wanting you to login again without stating it, so you’re staring at the little spiral for minutes hoping you’re not going to have to logout and back in and have all your work lost. We have been using their CMMS Professional for years but we may be looking at moving towards a different software.

When I click on a work order the app freezes and I have to close the app and open again , and If click on the same work order again it sometimes freezes again and this happens all the time and not just when opening work orders also when trying to close assets or trying to save the information I’ll be lucky if I can get one work order done without the app freezing . Also I can’t even see what I’m typing when writing on my notes or when adding details. So many bugs since this past update. It’s honestly frustrating since I have to use this app every day

This app is horrible to use with a phone

Their product is not very good. They hide how to cancel and try to get you stuck in an endless cycle of payments! Avoid this app and this company at all costs. There are better products out there.
